What is valet trash service?
Valet Trash
Valet trash service is a scheduled doorstep trash collection provided for the Retreat. Simply place your trash inside the bench outside your front door, and it will be collected 7 days a week. In order to ensure same day collection please ensure trash is placed in the bench prior to 8am. In the event your trash isn’t collected contact trash@retreatcg.com and they will address with the service provider.
What days of the week is trash collected?
Trash is collected 7 days a week. A full sweep of each home in The Retreat is performed via a porch visit twice each day.
What type of trash is accepted?
Household trash should be bagged and securely tied before placing it in the bin. Large items, bulk trash, or hazardous waste are not accepted through valet trash service. Please, no loose trash
Is recycling available?
Cardboard recycling is available at each of the following locations:
9039 Dogleg Drive
1025 Whistling Straits Blvd
530 Ocean Course Drive
9171 Sommerset Hills Drive
What time is trash collected?
Pickup starts at 8am and finishes at 5pm.
What do i do if i have bulk trash?
Bulk trash is available at an additional cost for items such as appliance and furniture removal. Please raise a ticket on Townsquare to arrange for collection and payment.
I have large cardboard boxes, do they constitute bulk trash?
Provided that boxes are flattened and can be lifted by one person they do not constitute bulk trash.
