For a Resale/Developer Estoppel/Questionnaire, we want to ensure you are aware of the following information:
Standard Estoppel requests typically take 10 business days to process from the requested date.
For RUSH Requests, we can expedite the process within three days for an additional cost of $119.00.
Please note that the order day is not included in the turnaround dates.
If you need to make any updates or changes to your order, please email us at estopples@castlegroup.com or developerestoppels@castlegroup.com for developer requests. In the subject line, please include the address, order number, order date, and the necessary update.

For Open House Registration
Open houses are permitted but must be registered in advance with the ChampionsGate Master Association. To register, please contact:

When registering, please include:
Contact information for the hosting agent (name, phone number, email)
Property address
Date and time of the open house
Listing agreement (required for verification purposes)
Open houses may be scheduled any day of the week between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Signage Reminder
Please note that Open House and directional signs are not permitted throughout the community.
HOA Disclosure
Kindly inform all potential buyers that ChampionsGate includes three separate Homeowners Associations (HOAs). This detail is often overlooked during the sales process, resulting in some new owners falling delinquent shortly after closing.
Short-Term Rentals
Regarding short-term rental (STR) restrictions within The Retreat at ChampionsGate.
